The analysis summarizes the data gathered from the monitoring of cases in 2016 related to organised crime and corruption before the Department for Organised Crime and Corruption, cases of public interest and a selected sample of other cases relating to corruption, thus achieving the aim of the project - to strengthen the independency, efficiency and objectivity of the Macedonian judiciary in the fight against corruption and organised crime and to contribute towards adequate implementation of the criminal - justice reforms with main focus on the new Criminal Procedure Code.

This publication provides an overview on the key inter-institutional platforms for development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the justice sector reforms in Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Croatia, and then compares and assesses the bodies for implementation of the justice sector strategies.

Increasing the availability of legal avenues to reach the EU would contribute to make the right to asylum set forth in Article 18 of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights a reality for vulnerable refugees and other persons in need of protection who are staying in a third country, often facing risks to their safety. It would also help to fight smuggling in human beings.

The project Increasing the transparency and improving the rule of law by monitoring and reporting violations of human rights in the Republic of Macedonia, which was conducted from 01.01.2014 to 31.01.2015 had the goal to contribute towards providing increased legal certainty for the citizens of the Republic of Macedonia.

This study of systems for protection of Human Rights and their compatibility or compliance arose from a project "Fundamental rights - accommodation in a European framework" implemented by MCEO, with the financial support of British Embassy in Skopje and Ministry for the Commonwealth and external affairs of United Kingdom

The guide is a meant to be a systematic and experiential review of a procedure of filing and complaint by the person who is allegedly discriminated to final having an opinion in a form of attitude, from a Commission of a protecting against discrimination.
